Did any of you feel any twinges or anything like that in your abdomen in very early pregnancy?

Hi I had period pains (mild but twingy) and slightly bigger and kept thinking each day that I wasn't pregnant because I felt like I was about to come on. I'm now 7 weeks pregnant and still having odd twinges! A clear blue digital will tell u 4 days before your period is due x
