My computer and radio controlled clock, both have CST rather than CDT. How can these two be converted to CDT?

The computer and the radio controlled clock (the clock has a radio signal sent to it from Boulder, CO,) where the exact time is kept (through accessing GMT) and Boulder, CO, was unprepared for the conversion of day light saving time on Sunday, March 11, 2007.
