When did your LO first cut teeth? She is 3.5weeks and I can see her 2 bottom teeth under gumline.?

When she was born I noticed her gums were very white, and I thought awww won't be long before she gets teeth. Her daddy cut teeth at 1 month and had 2 in by 2 months. She is 3.5 weeks old and I can see them beneath the gum line, the 2 bottom. She has been so fussy with gas, and has had a low grade temp. I did not expect this. Just wondering when the normally get teeth and how long it takes for them to break the skin. Any tricks for helping ease her pain? We go to doc on Friday for 1m check up.
