Drilled 10mm wide hole into concrete and hit water pipe 3cm deep! How to fix leak?! Can I plug it? HELP!?

Can't believe the pipe is only 3cm below surface, and under concrete slab! Is a 1920s house. Am I able to plug the hole? Was thinking some type of concrete plug, bonded in somehow. Or could I just concrete up with a plastic or metal bottom to stop concrete entering water pipe. The pipe is only approx 2.5cm wide and I've only pierced it. Will the pressure cause problems over time. Hoping there would be an easy fix as I reckon the concrete around the area would need to be pulled up to get at the pipe should I need a pro to come in.
