Yes, we both signed the lease. I know that I am probably doomed because of that, but I was just hoping maybe someone knew of some way around that. We both pay our half of the rent with separate checks each month, so they have proof that I have been paying my half. We both have moved out and are finishing paying the remainder of the lease. Since I don't live with her anymore, I never see or talk to her. Neither the apartment's office or I can get a hold of her. My 99 Seville STS is overhearing bad!!!?

I own a 99 Seville STS and about 4 months ago my water pump went on me. Since then I had the pump, pulley beqrings and belt replaced along with the thermostat. My car overheats like crazy as soon as I'm at a light waiting, before it turns green the temp needle goes to red unless I put te gear in neutral and rev the engine to about 3500. I have to drive through the city in 1st or second gear depending on traffic. I have no gunk or white smoke out my tailpipe and no coolant in my oil, so I'm not sure it's a head gasket problem. Could this be a faulty thermostat? Blockage somewhere ? All rad fans are working . Im not sure what my issue could be? I added a head gasket leak additive to stop leaks and nothing is successful. I'm not sure I even have a leak? Any thoughts? A pressure test was done but was not done properly I think because the cap kept popping off , which is what I noticed from watching the mechanic. Nonetheless less I have no idea what could be the issue? Bear with me if I sound like I'm all over the place , I just hope my problem is fixable. Cheers Ryan !

I know you don't like exercising, but toning could just include lifting easy weights. You will want to do lower weights, but more reps. This won't make you bulk out, just make you look healthy. 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee A/C blower problem !?

My Jeep is in excellent condition with only 25,000 miles on it, manual A/C, but lately the A/C blower source has a mind of its own. Sometimes it will work find, then only A/C will come out of the defrost vent and foot vent. Yesterday it came out all vents, but less out of the front vent. I don't touch the selector knob, it does this all on its own. I think whatever valve controls the opening and closing of the vents is the problem and not the actuator motors. I've heard too many horror stories about dealers not knowing either and charging you over a thousand dollars to take your apart the dash. Does anyone have any logical solutions?

Axle movement in a limited slip differential on a 2nd gen Pontiac Trans Am?

I have a 2nd gen Trans Am with a 2.41 limited slip differential. there is movement in the ends of the half shafts: I have removed the diff cover, and the C clips and the grooves on the half shaft do not appear very worn. Is this movement normal? Will oversize C clips reduce this movement? And is this movement a bad thing?

Okay I am not going to go into great detail, but I like to look at both sides of the arguement. On one hand I can't believe the big bang theory. In our universe there is a strict cause and effect law.(except at the quatom level). It seems quite a strange all this gas explodes and creates life. That doesn't explain where the ges come from. Even in an expandable and collapsing universe there is no absolute begining. Although evolution has certainly happened. Carbon dating obviously puts the date of earth far before the appx. 6000 year bible version. On the other hand the bible says a lot of things that don't make since. Okay they explain a begining that to me is just as unbelievable as the big bang. If god is all knowing he new adam and eve would eat the forbiddin fruit. So why put it there why let the devil enter. We all may have free will but god created us so our decision making skills have to come from him right? What to expect from my new puppy.?

I just adopted a new puppy this weekend. This is the first new puppy I have had in almost 15 years. She is 1/2 American Shepard and 1/2 Bull Mastiff. The guy I bought her from says she will probably be about 60 pounds, but that seems kinda small to me. Her mom is the mastiff and weighs in about 90 lbs her dad is the American Shepard and weighs about 60 lbs. I have read up on the breeds and from what I have found they say that the Mastiff should be between 90-130 lbs and the Shepard should be between 70-85 lbs. The dog looks just like a mastiff execept for the coloring is not like a pure bread mastiff. I think the guy was under estimating her size to get me to buy her. I don't care how big she gets, I just want to know what to expect. Anybody have any ideas? I will be taking her to the vet in two weeks so maybe he can tell me more, but I am curious now.

Ok, I'm thinking of moving to Dallas. Oakcliff is an area that is in the southern part of the city (it was merged with the city of dallas a while back). It has been going through extensive urban renewal while retaining it's diversity. I've lived in New Orleans and moved back here but love this area. Don't get me wrong I like the glitz and bar scenes of Uptown, Knox Henderson, and Lower Greenville, however I like the funky arts vibe here. I know Deep Ellum is slowly coming back but this area is great. However, I have heard this is the new Gayborhood outside of Oaklawn and Cedar Springs from a few friends. I am LGBT friendly, however being a single hetero male I want to be in an area where I will have a large dating pool. iv done basically the same thing, but not the same result... cheat codes in games have the potential to be so buggy that they could render the game inoperable like yours. if you do use cheats, save a file before you use them, then add the cheats in. if there is a problem in the game then unfortunatly you would have to go back to that save. but at least you would know it wouldnt work. try experementing with wat cheats will do wat to the game, like good performance or bad system problem

ITunes authorization help?

Okay so we had a copy of windows xp, and on that I had my iTunes library with purchased songs. We got a new xp operating system, but didn't wipe the computer clean, so it still has everything. Now when I go to listen to purchased music, it says I need to authorize the computer to the address that bought it (which is mine so I thought no problem.) So i authorize it and it says authorization successful etc. Then when I listen to the song the same authorization screen pops up. it says it works but it doesn't. It's like it thinks is a different computer so it makes me re-authorize, but knows its the same computer so doesn't actually change it. Either way I really need help because much of my library is now off limits.

Had a dream about falling in a helicopter. What does it mean?

Ok I need to make it clear that this is a dream i had a LONG time ago. Like when i was 5 or maybe 6 (i'm 14 now) but this dream has always been very clear in my mind. I had a recurring dream in the space of a few monthes, not ever night but regularly, and it was about falling. There was this playground near my house and it had a helicopter sort of jungle gym. Basically just a bunch of metal bars in the shape of a helicopter with a platform in the middle of it. So the dream was I would be hovering in the helicopter with my grandpa and then it would just start falling end over end quickly. I would be seeing this happening from third person not from my own eyes and it would be so fast that clouds would whiz upwards as we fell. Another interesting factor is our feet would never leave the platform even though we were spiraling. We stood in a casual stance the whole fall. When I'd wake up I'd always be sitting upright in the top corner of my bed. I was never particularly scared during the dream or when I woke up just confused. I remember looking both ways and crawling back under the covers each time and being totally fine. I know dreams of falling have some significance but really, I was 5, the thoughts going through my head were not very deep. Is there anything I can trace this dream back too? What was causing these subconscious thoughts all those years ago. I grew out of these dreams eventually but why does it stand out so well in my memory?

Rt-pcr primer issues?

I am using a Bio-rad MyiQ rt-pcr. I am screening some bacteria strain for 2 genes. I get lyophilized powders of the primers and make a 100um stock and from that make a 2.5 um stock. I freeze all the primer stocks in the freezer and defrost on ice before use. I add 7.5ul of dna into the pcr well, 2.5ul of both the forward and reverse primer, and 12.5ul of sybr green supermix. One of the gene has been amplifying fine with no problem. The problem is that the other gene has been amplifying at first and having a melt temp of 82 and all of a sudden the primer stops working. It now just gives me a melt temp of 78, which is just non specific binding. The other aliquots of the primer doesn't seem to work with me making a new 2.5um stock. I have been defrosting and freezing the primers only twice, but sometimes I have been defrosting the sybr green multiple times. Is there any problem that I did when I originally made the 100um stock and froze it right away? Should I defrost the primers on ice all the way, so they are completely melted? Should I change the amount I put into my pcr plate or change my pcr protocol? This primer works fine when I first get it and then it always starts to not function as time goes by.

Should I wait after my probation ends before my immigration lawyer can file my papers for a spousal petition?

My lawyers says i need to wait after my informal probation ends, then they can file the petition for me (I-130, I-485). I got married to my wife who is a US citizen and I was convicted of shoplifting on Jan 8, 2008. the 2 year informal probation ends on Jan 8, 2010, and my lawyer says that we should file the papers after Jan 8, 2010. Why are they delaying this? What problems might arise if I file the petition asap? I know there is a "petty offense exception" law and my case falls under this because it is a single offense, the maximum possible jail time was 6 months only, and I did not do actual jail time. Why is GM putting its electric car on hold?

Would you buy a car with a $9,000 battery? This thing is strictly for show. Imagine what a car would cost that had one electric motor on each wheel, a gas motor that ran a generator big enough to drive the four motors, and charge this $9,000 battery, Simple right. Another GM brain F@@t by GM, like HumVees without armor. And the hits just keep on coming. Now if they'd sober up for a few hours and build a 'Series Electric" like say, a 200cc-400cc motor that just drove two rear electrics. When I learn about WWI and II, it seems like political asinations were the norm and people like Stalin would wipe out millions of his own men because he was paranoid. Why are paint and drywall crumbling off to expose nails?

On one wall of our house, particularly in one of the upstairs bedrooms, the paint and drywall have crumbled off over the nails/screws so that they are exposed (recessed, not popped). No, I am not a formerly obese person. In fact, I ate Fast Food one or twice a day for almost 3 years. It was only when I stopped eating Fast Food that I started to gain weight. Can't believe the pipe is only 3cm below surface, and under concrete slab! Is a 1920s house. Am I able to plug the hole? Was thinking some type of concrete plug, bonded in somehow. Or could I just concrete up with a plastic or metal bottom to stop concrete entering water pipe. The pipe is only approx 2.5cm wide and I've only pierced it. Will the pressure cause problems over time. Hoping there would be an easy fix as I reckon the concrete around the area would need to be pulled up to get at the pipe should I need a pro to come in.

98 Honda Accord LX 4 Cylinder V-Tech Engine?

Recently I had an oil change done on my 98 accord 4 cyl V-Tech engine. It appears some couple months later I have an oil leak. It appears not all the bolts that hold down the valve cover gasket are there? Does anyone know how many bolts hold down the gasket and where they are located? Or is there a web site that might show me a design? Sure looks to me like at least 1 bolt on right side (facing engine) of valve cover gasket is missing. It's threaded and no bolt is there, this is also the side where oil seems to be dripping. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Whats causing this nerve pain in my back?

ever since the cold weather came around I've been having nerve pains on my back. there are sort of pimples or spots where it's painful. usually it's just small pin pricks but sometimes i get big painful flare-ups, usually where my bra strap is. i did have shingles Nov. 2009 and the symptoms are similar to postherpetic neuralgia, except it's on both sides of my back. sensitive to cold. small muscle pains often precede large flare-ups. anyone know what it could be?

I don't know where people come from with the idea of "breaking in" your speakers. It's bullshit! The newer it is, the better it works. And yes, a new head unit will work wonders with the speakers. I also think it distorts because of b, but it may be that it happens in the head unit (clipping at the amp in the head unit) and not at the speakers. The speakers are new, and Alpine Type S is a reasonably good brand. I'd recommend installing a mid-/high-p crossover before each speaker, to keep the speaker from playing low frequencies. Low frequencies carry a larger amp rating, so it could damage your speakers beyond repair. A good speaker rule to remember is simply: If it sounds bad, switch it off. Bad sound is an indication of something bad in the system.

I bought my first flat 5 months ago in London. I had a full hombuyers report done which mentioned that the electrics looked new (new fuse box and plug sockets) but that an electical survey would be needed to confirm this. I did not get this survey done as the estate agent confirmed numerous times (it was a big feature of the price negotiation) that the flat had been fully re-wired (I have a taped line at work and so have recorded evidence of this). I have now discovered that the re-wiring was not done and, as the current wiring is dangerous, it needs to be done at a cost of over �4,000. Can I get any legal comeback against the agent for mis-representation as the price would not have been agreed if the truth had been known?

They're 100% right and everyone else is 100% wrong. The thing is when they talk about the opposing point of view they frame it in the most simplistic, naive, and silly ways. With this they reveal that they have no real understanding of the other point of view and thus an incomplete understanding of the issue itself; they're relegated to simply taking a 'side' and sticking to it no matter what. The best way to understand an issue is to be able to make a sound argument against your own point of view. This lets you see the flaws in the argument and not just sound like a partisan shill. Try it, won't you. ;-)
