Easy and free way online to identify zip codes by Congressional District?

I am trying to compile a database of Congress members for a grroots legislative campaign for an advocacy organization. We'd like to ID zip codes under each Congressional District's jurisdiction. But if you go to the Congress member's web site they don't list out the zip codes they cover. We don't have much funding so if we can get this info for free it would be ideal.
