My Tetras aren't eating the tropical fish flakes or tropical fish crisps, what should I do(alternate food)?

The brands are Wardley for the Tropical Fish Flake Food and TetraMin for the Tropical Crisps. Can Tetras eat freeze dried bloodworms or freeze dried brine shrimp, because I already have that for my beta (which I keep seperate from the tetras) and I guess I could try that if they can eat it. Any suggestions?
