What does "clum" mean in Pater Noster Clum?

In Geoffrey Chaucer's - The Miller's Tale the text is: "Now, Pater noster, clum, said Nicholay, And clum, quod John, and clum, said Alison : This carpenter said his devotion, And still he sit, and biddeth his ..." What does clum mean?
