Why aren't recruits coming to my school in ncaa 08 dynasty mode?

i won the rose bowl my first year then the national championship. i mean i know i'm playing with sam houston state but i've went undefeated the past couple years. i'm recruiting alot of good people really hard and i can't seem to get them to come.
