Im 14 ks pregnant and im struggling to fit into most of my clothes?

im 14weeks and 1 day pregnant with my second child. i was told i may get a bump early on. my tummy has got bigger and looks like a bump, but its all soft and squishy is this normal?? or is it just fat?? i haven't put on much weight so im a bit confused.
