Temperature?

at what temperature would the rms speed of hydrogen molecules be the speed of light ( 3.0 x 10^8 m/s)? there is no upper limit to temperature, but Einstein's theory of relativity says that no material particle can attain the speed of light. Consequently, our results for Epsilon_avg and V_rms would need to be modified for very high temperatures and speeds.
