Am I any good at charcoal and pastel?

You've demonstrated that you are "good" at drawing. Your drawings can be made better by practice. I can't tell you how good you are because artistic talent isn't the only thing on the scale of a successful artist, (or creator). Work at it if you like to do art. Put a portfolio together and go to an art school. See how you fare with hundreds of other "artist" that think they are "better" than you. If you can handle the criticism and flourish then I think you will do good! Good Luck!
