Guitar Munching Worms?

Help! I need to know if my guitar is in any kind of damage. I have an acoustic guitar and just the other day I was wiping it down with a Cotton cloth. Well, then I noticed that there were some trails on the corner that some kind of worms or termites would leave. Should I be concerned? What should I do?
