Question about private rented house?

You have to appeal to the council house and request investigation of the problem. You won't be able to fix anything without knowing where's the problem is. Then prepare the rent receipts/canceled checks to prove yourself paying rent on time every month with a copy of the lease. It may be either the mistake of your Landlord or the Council house.
