Believers: Have you read "The Shack" by William P. Young? If so, did you find it inspiring?

I have heard opposite opinions from two people whom I respect a lot where religious issues are concerned. One says it's perfectly in line with Catholic theology, the other thinks it's completely off. I've looked at some of the stuff in it from non-biased sites, and its comment about the Bible being irrelevant irritated me greatly.
