What color of walls would look good with maroon carpeting?

My bedroom unfortunately has maroon carpeting which limits my color scheme. I currently have pastel-ish yellow walls, and my room has sort of a pink/maroon/yellow/orange theme. I'm getting tired of it and would like to redesign my room. Im not sure of what I could do. Any ideas?
