Why is it so much pressure for Obama to have an even more diverse cabinet?

He already has a pretty diverse cabinet. Now Gays, Asian Americans, African Americans, Hispanics, Tranuals, all of these people are upset because they are not represented in his cabinet. Come on people. He cant please everybody, its not enought positions. Quit your bickering and let this man get on the path to make this country better.
